As we head toward the finish line of the 2020-2021 school, we need to start looking ahead to the 2021-2022 school year regarding athletics.
Every LHS student who plans on participating in athletics, dance, cheer, bowling, or band at LHS in 2021-2022 will need to have a physical for the upcoming school year.
ALL athletic teams, cheer, bowling, and band, 2021-2022 summer workouts begin June 1, 2021. If you plan on participating in these summer activities at LHS, you MUST have a 2021-2022 physical on file in the LHS Athletic Office before you participate. Below is the link to the 2021-2022 athletic physical from the IHSAA. Please take the time to have it filled out completely.

This year Beacon WILL NOT be hosting a large-scale physical night due to COVID-19. Beacon WILL be offering LCSC students the opportunity to get a physical at their Ludlow Hill location for $20. You can call Beacon's Call Center at 513-354-3700 to set-up a time for a physical.
LHS WILL once again be using FinalForms for the 2021-2022 school year. Parents who have previously registered their students in FinalForms should log-in and update their information. Parents of incoming Freshman can start an account in FinalForms by following the steps in the Parent Playbook, which is listed below.
FinalForms will start its rollover procedure in the very near future for 2021-2022. Once the rollover is done, all families will be able to sign the 2021-2022 forms and designate the sports that their student-athletes will be participating in. More details on this to follow.
Once the rollover to 2021-2022 happens, ALL FinalForms paperwork MUST be completed before students can participate in the summer workouts that start on June 1, 2021.
